If you are like me, who until a couple of weeks ago didn’t know anything about roof replacement, O&S Construction can really help get you up to speed and make the process as painless as possible. Jack and Brian visited my house to inspect my roof after a early June storm and took the time to answer all my questions. They explained the type of damage I was dealing with and explained all parts of the insurance claim process and the roof replacement process. They were also on hand when the appraiser arrived to assist in ensuring the appraiser recognized the roof’s condition. After the claim was approved, they set up an appointment within the same week. The work proceeded quickly and was finished with minimal disruption to our daily routine. The workers took care to protect our outdoor belongings, and when they were done, we had a great looking roof and a clean yard. We were really happy with the process and result.

O&S construction came out not only did we get a new roof, they took care of all the windstorm paperwork, set up meetings with the adjusters, and monitored the adjustors when they came to my house. In about 2 weeks, we had a new roof. Our only expense to us was our out if pocket deductible from windstorm. Roof took only 2 days to complete, then O&S filed the paperwork to certify our roof with windstorm. Overall experience with O&S was excellent. They did all the work and I got a new roof!  Never realized how great a value it was to have roofers who work with your insurance company get things taken care of so there isn’t a worry about the price. OS Construction put a new roof on for me about a year ago and did a great job. I was very happy with their work and the way they cleaned up after themselves. After being recommended to us by a neighbor, they met with our insurance company and determined that it was needing replacement and got the whole job done in a day and a half.
